CNXT has two bidders for it now, private equity topped
SMSC dropped from 30 to 25 when they announced they were buying CNXT, so the chance for them to get out of the deal was being viewed as good last night and stock traded up a bit (SMSC)
MCD up on same store sales #'s
Cramer hyped HAIN and LULU last night
KND up on earnings this AM

SunTrust; tgt (Had earnings last night. Breaking out on its daily to July 2008 highs)

Homes USA (BZH) reports a Q1 loss of $0.66 per share compared to income of
$1.17 a year earlier and deeper than the Thomson Reuters mean analyst estimate
for a loss of $0.46.
      Revenue fell 48% to $110.3 million. The Street looked for $164.3
million. (Only down -.10c in the pre market on a pretty big miss)
