Stocks Were Watching in the OTR Today $FNSR $INTC $LULU

Finisar sell-off a buying opportunity, says Piper Jaffray

Piper Jaffray believes Finisar's April quarter revenue beat was
overshadowed by margins and margin guidance coming in below expectations. Piper
expects Web 2.0 customer growth to return and views the post-earnings pullback
in shares as a buying opportunity. The firm lowered its price target for the
stock to $24 from $31 and reiterates an Overweight rating on the name.

Finisar price target cut to $27 from $33  at RBC Capital

RBC Capital reduced its price target on Finisar after the company reported
lower than expected EPS. The firm attributes the company's EPS miss to lower
margin deals it made, but it thinks the company is seeing good top-line trends
in datacom, while telecom revenue declines are moderating. The firm keeps an

Outperform rating on the shares.

lululemon athletica target lowered to $52 at RBC Capital

RBC Capital Mkts lowers their LULU tgt to $52 from $56; they would
like to say that all elements of the LULU story are moving in the right
direction. In their view, there is much good going on at the company that should
contribute to improved performance in the not-so-distant future. However,
they're not quite there yet. Comps so far in 2Q have slowed and mgmt changes
continue. Amidst short-term speed bumps, the growth trajectory remains on-track.
The comp trend will likely begin to improve this fall, the brand remains strong,
the growth story remains compelling
